Guided by the foundational spirit of Zionism, our efforts are directly focused on strengthening the resilience of the State of Israel. By preparing vulnerable communities against all threats, we enable families to return home confidently, rebuild their lives, and reaffirm their vital role in our national story.

Our mission is to empower Israel’s frontline communities and local first responders with the specialized knowledge, skills, and resources necessary for effective crisis management. We ensure the home front is proactively secured, guaranteeing the safety and immediate recovery of the civilian population.

THE NATIONAL TRAINING CAMPUS

The Israel National Training Campus is being established as a lasting national institution dedicated to strengthening civilian resilience and readiness. Designed as Israel’s premier hub for civilian first-response training, it will serve as a comprehensive one-stop center for tactical education, advanced simulation systems, and practical workshops that prepare communities for real-world emergencies. At its core, the Center will also house a permanent exhibition honoring the civilian first responders who fell during the October 7 attacks, ensuring their courage and sacrifice remain a guiding legacy for generations to come.
