To equip first responders with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to effectively manage emergencies, ensuring the safety and security of the citizens of Israel.

Guided by Zionist ideals, we strengthen Israel’s periphery, enabling families to return home, rebuild their lives, and reaffirm their place in our national story.

From counter-terror training and IDF coordination to resource mobilization and partnerships, they combine field readiness with organizational leadership. Together, they drive our mission to protect and strengthen communities on the front line.

Ehud Dribben

A leading expert in anti-terrorism and first response training, Ehud was appointed by the IDF to coordinate its work with first responder teams in the Gaza Envelope. He drives seamless collaboration between the IDF and local communities, streamlining training, communication, and operational readiness across every phase of the project.

A senior manager with extensive non-profit and security experience, Netanel specializes in facility security and community resilience. He plays a key role in mobilizing resources, building partnerships in the Gaza Envelope, and facilitating both domestic and international community relations.
