As a pioneering strategic hub at the heart of Southern Israel, the National Center for First Responders serves as the permanent headquarters for civil defense, ensuring the lasting security and foundational resilience of the Gaza envelope communities. It shall also house permanent memorial to the 48 heroic first responders we lost on October 7th.

By preparing vulnerable communities against all threats, we enable families to return home confidently, rebuild their lives, and reaffirm their vital role in our national story.
